Pertamina Maritime Training & Education Center is recognized as the one only non-Government Educational Instituion authorized by the Government of Indonesia and the most complete Maritem Training Center in Indonesia registered at International Maritime Organization (IMO). I is equipped with the IMO convention of the STCW '95 standards Simulator and was established to provided relevant upgrading training for seafarers serving on board, both national and foreign ships worldwide as per the requirements of STCW '95 and also it was developed with the vision to provide competent seafarers to meet the highest standards and requirement in today’s constantly changing shipping industry. Improving the human factor in ship operation was a key objective and the establishment of the Training Center constituted an important element of this challenge. Seafarers of all nationalities are welcome to attend any of the courses provided.
