PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO) (PERTAMINA) is the
Indonesian state-owned oil and gas company and has significant oil tanker
operations. It wishes to appoint an internationally reputable ship
management company to provide full technical management, crew management, and
select other services for 15 or more of PERTAMINA’s owned vessels of various
types.
Ship management companies qualified to bid will
demonstrate world-class experience in oil tanker technical and crew management
as well as command an extensive manning and supplier network.

the Confidentiality Agreement by Friday, March 21, after which the Terms of
